Acceptance and Eligibility

By accessing or using Link to Song, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

Link to Song is operated by an individual merchant. References to “we,” “us,” or “Link to Song” mean the operator of this service.

What Link to Song Does

Link to Song accepts a supported public social-video link and attempts to identify music heard in that video. When a match is available, the service may return the song title, artist, artwork, and links to official streaming services. Link to Song does not provide the source video or an extracted audio file for download.

Recognition is probabilistic. A result may be unavailable, incomplete, or incorrect, especially when audio is short, quiet, distorted, mixed with speech, or inaccessible from the submitted link. You should verify a result before relying on it.

Account and Daily Free Identifications

Google sign-in is required to use account features. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for activity under your Link to Song account.

Link to Song offers a limited number of free identifications each day, shared by all users; each account can use at most one between refills. Free identifications have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded. Attempts to create duplicate accounts or otherwise abuse free identifications may result in removal of credits or suspension of the account.

Links You Submit

You may submit only links that you are legally permitted to use. You remain responsible for the links you submit and for complying with the source platform's terms and applicable law. Do not use the service to bypass access controls, download protected content, or infringe another party's rights.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
• Submit private, restricted, malicious, or unlawfully obtained links.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its providers.
• Interfere with the service or use it at an abusive or automated volume.
• Circumvent credit, payment, security, or usage controls.

Availability and Third-party Services

Supported social platforms, streaming destinations, and music-recognition providers are independent third parties. They may change their pages, content, access rules, or services without notice. Link to Song does not control or endorse them and does not guarantee that every otherwise valid link can be processed or that every result or destination remains available.

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue part of the service when needed for security, legal, operational, or business reasons.

Pricing, Credits, and Billing

The current offer is a one-time USD 2.90 pack for 20 song identifications. It is not a subscription, and purchased credits do not expire while the account and service remain available. Only a successful song match uses one credit. No match, invalid input, audio-extraction failure, system error, or provider outage uses no credit. If a billing outcome cannot be confirmed immediately, it may remain pending until reconciled; check your credit history before retrying. Displaying this price does not mean checkout is open in every environment.

Purchases are paid with PayPal or through Creem's checkout; which options appear can depend on your country. For purchases made through Creem's checkout, Creem acts as the Merchant of Record and contractual reseller. Creem is the seller for that checkout transaction and handles payment collection, applicable tax calculation and collection, fraud checks, receipts, and approved refunds under its terms. For purchases paid with PayPal, the seller is the operator of Link to Song, PayPal processes the payment under its own terms, and approved refunds are issued by us through PayPal. The final amount, including any applicable taxes or charges, is shown at checkout before you pay. Link to Song receives transaction status, order references, and the payer's name and email address from the payment provider, and does not store full card numbers.

Refunds and Service Discontinuation

Credit purchases are final and non-refundable once completed and delivered, whether or not the credits have been used. We will refund a confirmed duplicate charge, a payment that completed without delivering the purchased credits, or where a refund is required by applicable law. If Link to Song permanently discontinues the paid service while you hold unused purchased credits, we will provide a reasonable refund, replacement, or other remedy for those unused paid credits, subject to applicable law and the payment provider's capabilities. Free identifications are not refundable.

Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a material breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal requirement, or harm to the service or others. Where practical, we will consider the nature of the issue and provide notice or an opportunity to correct it. Termination does not remove payment, refund, or legal obligations that arose before termination.

Intellectual Property

Link to Song and its original interface and functionality are owned by us. Rights in submitted videos, music, artwork, platform names, and third-party destinations remain with their respective owners. Identification results and outbound links do not grant you rights to third-party content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, by a notice in the service.
