Refund Policy

One-time Credit Purchases

Link to Song currently sells one product: a one-time USD 2.90 purchase for 20 song-identification credits. It is not a subscription, does not renew automatically, and purchased credits do not expire while the account and service remain available. Earlier purchases were sold at USD 1.90 for 10 credits; the request steps below apply to those purchases as well.

Purchases are paid with PayPal or through Creem's checkout (the "Card · Apple Pay · Google Pay" option). Which options appear can depend on your country. For purchases made through Creem's checkout, Creem acts as the Merchant of Record and contractual reseller. For purchases paid with PayPal, the seller is the operator of Link to Song and PayPal processes the payment. The final amount, including any applicable taxes or charges, is shown at checkout before payment.

When a Refund Is Available

Credit purchases are final. Once a purchase is completed and its credits are delivered to your account, it is non-refundable, whether or not the credits have been used.

We will refund a purchase in these cases:

• a confirmed duplicate charge;
• a payment that completed but did not deliver the purchased credits to your account;
• where a refund is required by applicable law.

Free identifications from the daily shared pool have no purchase price and are not refundable. These rules do not limit any refund or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@linktosong.com from the address attached to your account. Include one order reference — the Order number shown under Settings → Payments, the PayPal transaction ID, or the Creem receipt number — and a short description of the issue. Do not send full card details.

We aim to send an initial response within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method: PayPal purchases are refunded by us through PayPal, and Creem purchases are refunded by Creem. The time for funds to appear depends on PayPal or Creem, the card network, and your financial institution.

Effect on Credits

When a purchase is refunded, any credits granted by that purchase may be removed. We will not intentionally reduce the account below the credits that existed before the refunded purchase.

If the Paid Service Ends

If Link to Song permanently discontinues the paid service while an account still holds unused purchased credits, we will provide a reasonable refund, replacement, or other remedy for those unused paid credits, subject to applicable law and the payment provider's capabilities. Free identifications are not refundable.
