Email support@linktosong.com for help with song identifications, account access, credits, billing, privacy requests, or refunds.

We aim to send an initial response within 3 business days. Please contact us from the email address attached to your Link to Song account when possible.

What to include

To help us resolve the request, include:

• The email address used for your Link to Song account.
• A short description of what happened.
• For billing or refund questions, one order reference: the Order number shown under Settings → Payments, the PayPal transaction ID, or the Creem receipt number.
• For an identification problem, the submitted link and approximate request time.

Do not email card details, passwords, API keys, identity documents, or other sensitive credentials.

Refunds

Refund eligibility and timing are described in our Refund Policy.

Operator

Link to Song is operated by an individual merchant. Payments are processed by PayPal or through Creem's checkout; Link to Song does not store full card numbers.
